Kira
Kira finished her first 200 TTC in 2013 in Russia and moved to China right after. She learnt eastern philosophy from local teachers (Taoism, Confucianism, Buddhism) which shaped her mind greatly. Later she travelled to India and finished her second TTC there, specializing on traditional Hatha yoga.
She accomplished several Vipassana retreats (the last was 21 days) and finished a month course on Tibetan Buddhism in Kopan, Kathmandu.
She’s been trained in Systemic Family Therapy, Family Constellation, Art Therapy and Tamura Method (somatic therapy).
Regarding group classes Kira specializes in Hatha and Vinyasa. She overcame a serious back injury and now in her private sessions mostly works with Therapeutic Yoga techniques to support her clients after similar occasions.
David
David escaped a life of anxiety, depression, and addiction after a transformative physical and emotional journey - hiking for 4 months through the Appalachian Mountains with only a tent and a backpack. He dove deep into mental health, psychology, spirituality, physical fitness, nutrition, fasting and detox theories as his body and mind evolved.
He has been practicing yoga intensively for the past 10 years. What began as a support for Ironman training evolved into a life-long passion for spiritual growth. He completed his 200-hour TTC in 2020 with Nirodha Yoga and his 300-hour TTC in 2021 with Pujan Yoga School. David has been teaching various styles of Vinyasa, Hatha, Detox, and Gentle Yoga almost daily for 5 years.
In October 2020, he attended his first intensive vipassana retreat and subsequently completed numerous 7-, 10-, and 15-day retreats. He lived in Indriya Retreat for nearly 2 years and continues to lead retreats and assist in a management role. His true passion lies in dhamma, he now views asana yoga as a means to facilitate spiritual growth and understanding.

Together
David and Kira first met in 2020 in Wonderland Healing Center on Koh Phangan, Thailand. Their shared passion for yoga, meditation, and emotional and spiritual growth kept drawing them closer together. Over the years, their friendship grew to become quite strong.
In late 2023 they decided to move things forward and began to build a life together. They dove deep into relational psychology, attachment theory, partner dynamics, and interpersonal growth to support their own relationship goals. They now offer support to couples and individuals in one-on-one and group workshops.
On Sept 9, 2024, David proposed marriage and Kira accepted! They were married ceremoniously on Jan 13, 2025, during the Full Moon and married legally on July 13, 2025.
